Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

EHN affirms the intersecting identities of the people with whom it engages and how different and overlapping categories of identity shape individual experiences. We celebrate this intersectionality and its power to connect people and movements. We are committed to examining and addressing access, power, racism, and social justice in all aspects of our work. We support Indigenous and Tribal sovereignty and recognize the holders of Indigenous knowledge have a vital role in ecological and ecocultural restoration. We work only where we are invited and prioritize community-centered research and actions.
